How do I start using Live Source auctions and raffles?
You may search or browse through our online auctions in the free Live Source app or at desktop.livesourceapp.com. When you want to bid, must register for a free account. Upon registering, you will be asked to supply basic contact information, as well as a valid credit card to secure your bid.

Why do I need a credit card to bid?
In fairness to all users, you are asked to enter a credit card before placing a bid. This helps reduce fraudulent bids. Your credit card will only be charged if you are the winning bidder on an auction.

How do I bid on an item I am interested in?
When you want to bid on an item, click on the item. You will see the current bid and next bid amount. Click place bid and then confirm amount. You must login in order to place a bid.

What is a Buy-It-Now Item?
With a buy-it-now item, buyers will have the option to skip the bidding process and buy the product for a price set by the seller.

What do I do if I win an auction?
If you are the winning bidder when the auction closes, you will automatically be notified that you won. You can complete the checkout process at the top right corner of your screen. via e-mail that you have won that auction item. If you are at an event, visit the organization’s staff to claim your item. If you are not in attendance, the organization will reach out to you concerning delivery or pick-up.
